FNC 5TH AGM IN BANGKOK

Friends let me thank the participants, who willingly and enthusiastically participated in 5TH FNC AGM in Bangkok.

To start, we had a fine and pleasant reception on 14th Nov and all our members toasted their glasses and exchanged between wishes and business cards. The cocktail reception was ended well, to meet for definite in the next day on 15th Nov morning for official ceremony.

On 15th Nov morning, after the welcome speech, Mr. Praveen spoke about the growing relationship between members and the developments required for the entire network's growth.

Each of our members was given about 5 minutes to brief their company and some had their PP presentations. One on one session was started after the first coffee/tea break and continued till 16th afternoon. All the members eagerly shared their business talks, specialized services, contracts and other important factors to develop mutual relationship between each other.

We had a night dinner for all FNC members on 15th night in an Indian restaurant. Hope everyone enjoyed it and had a great time.

Ultimately the conference is made for the members, to develop their acquaintance stronger. Our goal is to develop the social contacts of the fellow partners and everyone should be satisfied by the exchange of their promises and words to one another.

Most importantly FNC had a very short but eminent advisory board meeting during this conference. Pleasure to share the strength of committee members had grown from 6 to 9 numbers. I request all our members to notice our newly joined committee members as below and welcome them aboard.

1) Mr. Martin Howard/Cargo Spectrum- Canada

2) Dr.George Potoczki /Pozax Vamsped Ltd -Hungary &

3) Mr. Moses Maboi/Katlego Global Logistics (Pty) Ltd-South Africa

We have formed the committee members in FNC Group to activate more quality/worthy decisions for the pure uplift and progression of the total network. Important aspects has been discussed during the board meeting such as circulation of business between members, importance of attending FNC conference, payment terms, proper and speedy communication, sharing of more leads and inquiries, giving better service and competitive rates and so on.

All the board themes will be circulated among the network within day's time as a portfolio. These facts should be abide and followed by each member for the central maturity and expansion of the total network. Board members are responsible and have the rights to take important decision in the network.

I assure many important and decisive rules will be enacted in the network soon, to bring FNC as the number one freight forwarders network in the world. I am sure the success is in the hand of members who are responsible for their own widening global business relationship.

I expect more participants in the next FNC AGM to have more mutual prospective commercial business within the group. I will shortly circulate few spots for our next FNC AGM. Please make sure to vote your favorite destination.

Finally, FNC is born to be a democratic member's network and all decisions are made only for the expansion of members business and economy.

I believe all my members will give me a huge support and hand to bring FNC as a giant friendly business network, exclusively for freight forwarders.

Be proud to be the only company in your country representing the global FNC network members to provide your classic service and make a wonderful family.
